Air Protein 

One of the last projects I worked on at FCB Chicago was to help launch the first brand campaign for Air Protein, a place that — you guessed it — makes protein from air. Like, they make meat substitutes from literal air. It’s pretty wild and you should check them out: airportein.com

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to see the whole project through, but I provided much of the language for their manifesto, and have some other copy tidbits sprinkled throughout their site.
